U.S. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Marvelous Lights warrants only the original user of the products and parts that are originally sold and installed by marvelous lights. Said original owners are only covered on products which are manufactured by gemstone lights, and installed by Marvelous Lights.
The warrantied items must be used to complete and contribute to a functioning lighting system. The parts under warranty include, but are not limited to lights, power kits, controllers, extensions, cables, connectors, and tracks.
Marvelous Lights guarantees that these aforementioned items will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, regardless of the installation date of the products or parts.
Marvelous Lights sole obligation under the above warranty shall be to repair or replace products and parts during the warranty period. Marvelous Lights does not assume responsibility for delays in replacement or repair of products or parts. Marvelous lights does withhold the right to charge a minimal fee for the dispatch or “trip” of a technician.
No salesperson, representative, or agent of marvelous lights is authorized to make any guarantee, warranty, or representation that contradicts the terms contained in this Limited Warranty. Any waiver, alteration, addition, or modification to the warranties contained herein must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives of Marvelous Lights to be valid, binding, and enforceable.
Marvelous lights does not assume responsibility for any specific application to any products.
No other warranties, expressed or implied, are given and Marvelous Lights expressly disclaims all other warranties, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to particular end users.
Should the original owner sell the house or property in which Marvelous Lights has installed the Gemstone Lights products, the new owner may register for an additional 5 years so long as they register within 90 days of closing. The same obligations, and limitations will apply as it did to the original owner, except for the warranty period.
