If your system is off, then there is most likely an issue with power
  1. Check to ensure that your power supply is plugged in (Logo on Power supply will glow when it is on)
  2. If the Logo is not illuminated – You may need to check your breakers, or GFCI outlets.
  3. If all of those are on, and working, and the system is still not responding to your app, please contact Marvelous Lights via the form below for further assistance.
Prior to beginning: Ensure you’re near the Gemstone Lights Control Box and have your Home WiFi password ready.
  1. From Home, tap + > Add a Device.
  2. You have multiple options to connect.
    • Connect with Bluetooth (Scans for Gemstone Lights Hub 2 Controllers in your vicinity)
    • Connect with QR scan (Requires you to Scan the QR code on the controller or provided sticker)
  3. The app will automatically fill in the WiFi network your phone is connected to.
  4. Enter your WiFi password, tap Connect.
  5. Your device will go through a connecting process. (This step is where most issues are encountered. Refer to the error message to identify the cause of your problem)
  6. A Device Successfully Connected message will appear, tap Setup Now.
  7. Enter a name, tap Next.
  8. Enter a location name or tap the auto locate button, tap Save.
  9. Tap Continue.
  10. Create a device icon, tap Next.
  11. Success! Tap Done.

Steps to Try:
  1. Unplug the Gemstone Lights Control Box for 10 seconds.
  2. Plug it back in and check if you can now create a timer.

Please unplug the Control Box for 2 minutes to ensure the system fully resets. If the issue persists, please contact Marvelous Lights via the form below for further assistance.
Steps to try:
  1. Our app uses 24H “Military time”. Be sure your timers are set to the correct time you desire. (8pm = 20:00)
  2. Check to make sure you do not have any any “offsets” assigned to the timer? This will change when the lights come on.
  3. Is your app set to the correct time zone? Check your settings to ensure you’re in the correct time zone.
