1) Overview
Marvelous Lights LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers SMS/text messaging to provide customer support, appointment coordination, project updates, and marketing or promotional communications (collectively, the “SMS Service”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”).

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS Service is provided on an “as available” basis and may not be available on all carriers or in all areas.
7) Opt-Out (Stop Messages)
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and then no further messages unless you re-opt in.
If you want to opt out of marketing texts but still receive transactional texts (such as appointment or service updates), reply STOP MARKETING (where supported) or contact us using the information below.

9) Phone Number Changes
If you change your phone number, you agree to re-opt in with your new number. You understand that messages intended for you may be received by someone else if your number is reassigned.
